Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms occurs when you utilize the services of Luxe Transportation and by accessing our website, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations and Booking


Customers must provide accurate information for reservation and booking including date, time, pickup/drop-off locations, and any special requests. 


Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 

2. Payment


For a seamless experience and due to limited availability, we only accept pre-paid reservations and do not accept payment at the time of service. 

We accept all major credit cards. 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

We do not refund pre-booked reservations with Luxe Transportation except when: 

-You cancel within 24 hours from the time you first buy your ticket if you booked at least 2 days prior to your scheduled service date. 

-There is death of the passenger/traveling companion

-Military orders/change in duty

 

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Supporting documents may be required. 

 

 

Cancellation must be communicated via phone or email. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails. The trip is considered cancelled after the client receives email confirmation. Please verify your cancellation over the phone if no cancellation confirmation is received. 

 

Refunds will be issued in full amounts, less:

-Sale-imposed nonrefundable taxes

-Service charge for booking through Square ( 3.5% + $0.15)

 

Please note that all reservations made 48 hours prior or less to the service date are non-cancelable and nonrefundable.  Full charge will be applied to your account in case of late cancellation or no show. 

 

 

In the event you must cancel after the 24 hour period, we will give you credit towards a future trip with Luxe Transportation. 

4. Vehicle Usage

Luxe Transportation reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if necessary. 

Passenger capacity is strictly enforced, and additional passengers may result in additional charges.

5. Early Morning and Late Night Pickups

We are happy to provide early morning and late night pickups. Early morning (before 8:00 am) or late night (after 10:00 pm) pick-ups will incur an additional $25 fee. 

6. Point to Point Transfers

Luxe Transportation has a standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Luxe Transportation facility until the time it returns to the Luxe Transportation facility, with a 3 hour minimum. Fractions of an hour are rounded to the hour. 

7. Wait Time

Wait time applies after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described in the reservation from any location including the airport. 


Wait time fees apply ($2 per minute for SUV) if client does not meet the chauffeur during the grace period. 

Wait time fees will not be incurred in the event of flight delays in which drivers will be monitoring the flight to ensure on time service. 

8. Substance Policy

Smoking (cigarette, cigar or electronic cigarette vaping) of any kind is prohibited in the vehicle. 

Client assures that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s). 

Our company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. 

A fee of $300 will be added to your trip for smoking or drug use in the vehicle.

9. Liability

The company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather conditions. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings; the company is not liable for lost or damaged items. 

10. Conduct of Passengers

Passengers must follow all local laws and regulations while inside the vehicle. 

The company reserves the right to refuse service to passengers displaying disruptive or unlawful behavior. 

Passengers must comply with the instructions of the chauffeur for their safety. 

11. Force Majeure

Luxe Transportation is not liable for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions. 

12. Termination of Service

The company reserves the right to terminate service for any reason, including non-compliance with terms and conditions. 

In the event of termination by the company, a pro-rata refund may be issued. 

13. Indemnification

Whether it’s an early morning or late-night pick-up, we cater to your schedule with ease and precision. Our exclusive meet & greet service ensures a seamless transition, where our professional chauffeurs assist with luggage from the carousel to the vehicle and from the vehicle to your doorstep.

14. Privacy Policy

The company collects and uses personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

15. Intellectual Property

Luxe Transportation retains exclusive ownership and rights to all intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary business materials associated with its brand and services. 

16. Additional Stops

Added stops made during any trip will be subject to additional charges.

18. Effective Date and Updates

These terms are effective as of 01/01/2023. The company reserves the right to update these terms, and customers will be notified of any changes.
